OPERATIONAL SEPARATION

CarbonGrade maintains operational separation between rating activities and any external advisory or implementation services conducted outside the CarbonGrade framework. Rating decisions are based exclusively on submitted documentation and internal evaluation criteria. Rating decisions are structurally insulated from advisory or implementation activities.

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

CarbonGrade applies internal conflict management procedures to ensure rating objectivity. Where potential conflicts are identified, mitigation measures are implemented prior to evaluation. Rating assignments are based solely on documented evidence and predefined scoring rules.

CarbonGrade evaluates submitted data under its defined framework but does not assume responsibility for underlying source data accuracy beyond documented review.
